Our jewelry is made of 14K gold-filled or sterling silver, with a small collection made of 14K gold PVD plated brass or high-grade stainless steel. Details of each piece can be found in product page. Every material is carefully curated and sourced to ensure lasting quality and comfort.

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged upon delivery. We are currently working on compliance process of GPSR and will start shipping to EU in 2026.

We offer free shipping on domestic orders, or international order over $200.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Process window of customized pieces may vary, depending on material and design. Process time may be longer during high volume period, such as Black Friday. Shipping time varies depending on the destination and carrier option you select at checkout.

We produce in small batches to reduce waste and maintain quality. Some pieces may also be made-to-order to accommodate custom sizing or design requests. Back ordered items, in most cases, are missing one or more raw materials. We do our best to restock as soon as possible. You have the option to purchase the item when it’s back ordered so that you don’t miss it when it’s back to stock!

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number. We recommend doing so within 30min after placing the order. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not acceptable.

If you are not completely satisfied with the order, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order. A $10 flat fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return label and restocking. All returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and package. Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering the shipping fee. If international packages are refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, once the package make itself back to us.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes.

If there was a mistake on the part of BYSEA, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos. Customer will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

We offer a limited 3-month repair window for issues not caused by improper wear or care. After that period, repairs may still be possible for a fee depending on availability of materials. Please see our full Warranty page for details.
