Return & Exchange
Cancellation
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. Please reach out as soon as possible with your order number. We recommend doing so within 30min after placing the order. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not acceptable.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the order, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order. A $10 flat fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return label and restocking. All returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and package. Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us and covering the shipping fee. If international packages are refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, once the package make itself back to us.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically apply to your original method of payment, within 3 weeks. It may take some additional time for your refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us at info@byseastudio.com.
Final Sale items
Items marked as Final Sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Gift Returns
To return a gift item that's marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, please follow the same steps as above. Once your return item is received, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A flat $10 fee applies to gift returns.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us first at info@byseastudio.com.
For domestic US customers: you will receive a shipping label. Please use this label to return your item(s). Once your order is received and the condition is confirmed, a flat $10 fee will be deducted from the total value of the return.
For international customers: you will be responsible for the return label and potential tariffs. Once your order is received and the condition is confirmed, a flat $10 fee will be deducted from the total value of the return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee a refund for a lost or missing package.
