Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every piece crafted in our studio. As a small handmade brand, we believe each item should not only be beautiful but also made to last with proper care.

 

What’s Covered

We offer a 6 months limited warranty from the date of delivery for issues related to craftsmanship or materials, including:

· Broken chains or findings from normal wear

· Detached pearls or crystals caused by adhesive failure

· Defects in clasp or closure mechanisms

· Detached hair, brooch, or cufflinks hardware from normal wear

· Defects in craftsmanship or materials from normal wear

 

This warranty does not cover:

· Damage caused by improper care, impact, or exposure to excessive moisture or chemicals

· Tarnishing or fading of plated metal over time

· Lost or stolen items

· Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, oxidation, stretched elastic)

· Third party repair/modifications

 

Repairs & Replacements 

If your item qualifies under warranty, we’re happy to offer:

· Free repair or replacement if materials are still available

· Store credit or refund if we are unable to recreate the item

 

How to Start a Warranty Request

If you believe your piece has a craftsmanship issue covered under our warranty, please contact us by clicking “Contact us” at the bottom of the main page. Please provide:

· Your original order number

· Clear photos showing the issue

· A brief description of what happened

 

We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days with next step. For items purchased within 6 months warranty, repairs will be free of charge. For items no longer covered by warranty, the repair fee is assessed case by case. Additional fees may be added if valuable components need to be replaced or missing from the piece.
