Shipping Policy

We proudly offer FREE shipping on any US domestic order or international order of $200+ before tax/tariff, after sale. 

Process & shipping time

Processing time varies, depending on current inventory and whether the order is a custom order. Typically we process orders within 3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, estimated typical delivery time is within 10 business days. Please note that any holidays, or other force majeure factors may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship all items together when available. If you'd like to have in-stock item(s) first, please place 2 separate orders for the in-stock item(s), and pre-ordered or back-ordered item. 

Tracking your order

Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can also visit our Tracking Page.

Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Change of address

We cannot guarantee a successful change of address once the order is confirmed. Please contact us immediately at info@byseastudio.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. The best approach is to cancel the original order and place a new order with the right delivery address.
